Grapes: Garganega, Trebbiano, Chardonnay.
Alcohol content: 13%.
Vineyard: On stony, calcareous soil with a southern exposure, typical of the Morainic Hills of Garda.
Training system and production: GDC, with a production of 100 q/ha.
Harvest: Manual, at the end of September.
Vinification: In stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (17°C).
Refinement: in stainless steel tanks.
Color: bright straw yellow with golden reflections.
Aroma: Fine and elegant bouquet. Mineral notes and typically floral hints stand out.
Flavour: Dry, fairly soft. Very good persistence and freshness.
Food pairings: Aperitifs, fresh cheeses, or first courses such as capunsei, typical of Mantuan tradition. Excellent with fish, including lake fish and shellfish.
Best served: 6-8°C.
